This was our first visit to Naty's and it was great! The catfish and taco lunch was delicious, and It included fries and a soda for 8.99. The okra was hot and tasty and nothing was greasy. We stopped back to order 1/2 pound chicken gizzards meal at 9.99 and he substituted okra in place of fries. It was a busy place and the food was prepared quickly. We will be back when in Madison again. Don't miss this gem for a quick lunch or a snack.

Some of the best Mexican food in town, if you want the real flavor give them a try.
Rafael makes the best frried catfish ever.
Also try the Mexican food menu, you get a soda with a dinner combo.
Try the tacos or huaraches!!!

The owner was kind of rude, ordered a gyro cheeseburger meal and one taco, I asked if I can cancel the taco but keep the gyro cheese burger meal and he told me I would have to just cancel the whole meal. I asked why and he said because he already made the ONE taco, so he pretty much told me I couldn’t get the rest of my meal if I don’t pay for the taco.
That was fine I paid for it but to make matters worse as I was walking out the door and I seen a roach 😩😩😩 at that point I was just done with it all.

The food is really good, but the fact that I drove 30 minutes from home and sat in front of the restaurant a whole hour for them not to open was irritating. The sign on the door says they open at 10 on Saturdays. The phone recording says 10 on Saturdays. Yet no one is here. I’m pregnant and nauseous and I just sat her trying not to throw up because I need to eat, and they never opened. At least respect the customers to update you restaurant hours. Smh

Food is always hot and is a 10 out of 10. So many options also, this is one of my favorite spot to come too.highly recommend.

When they say they will be open at 10am that’s a lie cause I talked to 2 worker people outside and said oh we will open in 3 mins and that was at 9:55am and I still waited and by 10:30am still wasn’t open bad service

Little hole in the wall restaurant with amazing food! Locally owned neighborhood joint serving hard to find dishes like okra, catfish etc along with traditional American food. Good portions, decent prices, and wonderful staff! You gotta check it out!

A little on the dirty side but tasty, simple fast food. Good variety, including burgers, burritos, gyros, and fried chicken. Seems like portions have gotten a little smaller lately though.

This is the second Monday that I’ve came here and nobody is here but the open sign is on and it’s almost 11. Door locked and nobody answers the phone. Just open later if you’re not gonna be open but don’t have the sign up got people sittin outside for nothin

I ordered a cheeseburger and my friend ordered a burrito.
The fries were also very fresh and delicious.
Burgers and burritos are good too.
They even gave me a piece of chicken as a service to try...🥹
If I can come next time, I think I'll order the chicken. It's so delicious👍

Great catfish. As good as any place in the south. Wings were good but didn't seem as freshly fried as the catfish. Nice folks too.

We ordered a large order of chicken and fries and a pizza puff. The chicken is so good and fresh tasting and the mild sauce is actually so good definitely reminds me of Chicago mild sauce.

Pizza puff has no flavor. Chicken wings were over done and flavorless. Chicken nuggets came out of a bag. I asked the cashier why the prices on the menu were different than online. She said she doesn’t know why prices are on google they don’t use google they only use Facebook. I just went to the Facebook page (today when I had the time) and the prices are still different (lower) than in the store. They wrote a line thru the original prices (with a permanent marker) and replaced them with higher prices on the in store menu. I called in the order 30 mins prior still had to wait in line about 20 minutes. Best thing was the Mexican music while you wait for the kids to dance too. I was there a couple days ago Wednesday first time and last time there.

The food is pretty good. The fries are definitely the star of the show here. They're thick, crispy, and well salted. The burrito I ordered is all right, it's not bursting with flavor, but it's not bad. It's something that definitely depends on the customer to modify a bit. A little more salt, pepper, and a good salsa would definitely make this burrito better.
The service was top-tier. I don't think I've ever been able to place an order that fast at a physical location. Upon ordering, I was immediately met with a smile. The cashier was happy to see me, and had no issue letting me take my time with deciding my order.
The place is a little rundown, but it reflects how the rest of the neighborhood is. It might not look the best, but it is definitely a good spot to go if you're looking for a quick grab that isn't fast food.

Enjoyed this little neighborhood place. Had an interesting lunch combo of catfish filet, steak taco. Fries and a drink for $8. Loud Spanish channel music was a little distracting, but the good food more than made up for it. Will definitely go back for more Mexican food.

Don't judge a book by its cover! Food is so good! Very homey, so happy I checked this place out!
